Me
I want to offer a personal service and will help you at each step of the way.
I am a Consultant Chartered Legal Executive and will work personally on your matter. Legal services are regulated, and I work through an authorised and regulated solicitors’ firm called Taylor Rose.
Once I start acting for you, my letters and emails will be from me at Taylor Rose. Taylor Rose will be your solicitors, and I will be the person handling your matter and helping you when needed.
Divorce and Dissolution
Divorce can be an emotionally draining and challenging process. At Hammond Family Law we will take away the worries in dealing with this process in the most pragmatic, cost effective and timely manner
Separation for unmarried couples
As cohabitation has grown in popularity over the years it is quite common for parties to often be under the misconception that they have “common law” rights. Pre-Marital Agreements
Although not legally binding in England and Wales at the present time, if done well and satisfy certain criteria, a pre-marital agreement can hold significant weight at Court.
